Stir well the content of one sachet (6.0 g) into 100-200 ml of cold or warm water (non-boiling), or juice and drink immediately. For adults and children aged 12 years and above use 2 times per day (12 g), preferably in the morning and during the daytime, 15-20 minutes before the meal.
